Refund & Return Policy

At Ingadi Organics, each product is carefully crafted and handled with intention. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns
We only accept returns on items that are:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 7-14 days of delivery

To request a return, please email us at info@ingadiorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ingadiorganics.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the damage/defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund at absolutely no additional cost to you. If the defective item needs to be sent back to us, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a courier collection at our expense. You will never be responsible for return shipping costs on damaged or incorrect orders.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items

Allergies & Skin Reactions
Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients, but individual reactions can vary.

While we cannot accept returns on opened items, if you experience an adverse reaction, contact us within 14 days and we will issue you a store credit.

We recommend performing a patch test before use.

Ingadi Organics is not liable for any adverse reactions. Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.
